Happy new year 2025!
The Centre for Stability and Risk Analysis presents the results of the working year and wishes everyone a Happy New Year 2025!
Over the past year, the Centre's researchers have authored 54 scientific publications, including:
- 3 books, including Cybernetic Revolution and Global Aging. Humankind on the Way to Cybernetic Society, or the Next Hundred Years and Federalism and Decentralisation in Africa. Globalisation and Fragmentation in Territorial Arrangements;
- 42 articles;
- 2 preprints.
This year, CSRA passed the milestone of 800 academic texts published over the long history of the unit.
CSRA scholars also won two grants from the Russian Science Foundation.
Deputy Director of the CSRA, Leonid Issaev, successfully defended his doctoral thesis in political sciences on ‘Factors of socio-political destabilisation in the “Afrasian” macrozone of instability’.
CSRA Director Andrey Korotayev and Centre researcher Yevgeny Ivanov were recognised as the best teachers.
Besides, the CSRA considerably updated its database on revolutionary cases, and Vadim Ustyuzhanin contributed a lot into this project.
Finally, the Centre actively continues to implement research projects, involving new generations of social researchers in scientific activities.
