The report was presented by Galina Mikhaleva, head of the gender faction of the Russian democratic party "Yabloko"; vice-chairman of the Moscow regional division of the party; professor at Russian State University for the Humanities (RSUH); doctor of political sciences.

On February 8, 2019, a seminar of the Research and Study Group was held. Susanna Gasparyan, 3-year bachelor student of the Public Administration department gave the report about the restrictions on employment in the civil service in the Russian Federation for young women. 

On January 17, 2019, a seminar of the Research and Study Group was held. Alyona Popova, a social activist, an internet entrepreneur, the founder of the regional public institution “Civil Body” and StartupWomen, and the co-founder of the “Project W” gave the report called “Women is the driving force of change. Politics”

On December 5, 2018, the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation held a round table “On Equal Rights, Opportunities and Equal Results for Women in the Sphere of Labor Relations”, organized by the State Duma Committee for Family, Women and Children. Co-Head of the Research Group Valeria Utkina gave a report “Gender Equality in Public Administration”

 “Masculinity” and “gender role” were the key concepts of the seminar. Vladislav Krivoschekov told about gender stereotypes, which are conventionally attributed to men.
