On April 10, 2019, in the office of the Fund "Steps" together with the coalition "Equality in labor" was a presentation of the collection "Protection of the rights of vulnerable groups in the labor sphere", dedicated to the Day of equal pay. 

On March 28-29th, the Gender and Governance International Conference, jointly organized by the Aleksanteri Institute (University of Helsinki) and the Research group 'Comparative Study of the Situation of Women and Men in Public Authorities' from the Faculty of Social Sciences of Higher School of Economics (Moscow), was held in Helsinki. Members and Heads of the HSE study group and researchers and professors from the University of Helsinki presented their reports at the event.

On February 28, 2019, a seminar of the Research and Study Group was held. The report was presented by Galina Mikhaleva, head of the gender faction of the Russian democratic party "Yabloko"; vice-chairman of the Moscow regional division of the party; professor at Russian State University for the Humanities (RSUH); doctor of political sciences.

In September 2018, an article by the Head of the Research Group Olga G. Isupova and the Co-Head Valeria Utkina called Young Women in Russian Public Administration: The Factors Determining Career Paths was published in the special issue of the Journal of Social Policy Studies: Gender Policy.
