On June 18 at 18:00, the Working Group "The Discursive Dimension of Foreign-Policy Decision-Making: A Comparative Study of Change and Continuity in Russia’s Public Discourse” will hold a workshop delivered by Artem Maltsev, lecturer at the Department of Politics and Governance of HSE University

This seminar will explore the potential of network analysis in illuminating shifts in Russian foreign policy discourse. We will delve into a historical overview of network analysis applications within political science, highlight practical applications through various types of political networks, and explore the methodological progression within the field. Finally, we will analyze the potential of network analysis to better understand the dynamic relationship between public discourse and foreign policy shifts.
