From 18-23 August 2024, we had a field trip to Nigeria under the project “The Socio-Political Development of Sub-Saharan Africa in the Context of Russian Foreign Policy Interests.” The purpose of this project was to investigate the complex features inherent in African societies and to facilitate the forecasting of socio-political dynamics, enabling the assessment of both stabilization and potential destabilization processes within the macro-region and its impact on other societies and the global system at large.
