Call for applications for organisation of scientific events in 2021

The acceptance of applications for the organisation and financial support of scientific events in 2021 by the Scientific Committee is open. The deadline for submitting applications is November 1.

Applications are open for organisation and financial support of scientific events in 2021. This year, the timeline for the competition have changed, so it is announced earlier than usual. Applications are to be submitted to the scientific commission of the FSN before November 1. The procedure for preparing and submitting an application is described here: Scientific events.

When submitting an application, it is imperative to indicate what format of the event the organizers allow: online, offline or mixed. For example, if the organizers would prefer to host the event offline, but are willing to move it online while maintaining the conditions of the pandemic, this should be indicated.

It is not recommended to schedule events for which an offline format is preferable or necessary for the first half of the year.

If the event was supported by the scientific committee in 2020, but postponed due to a pandemic situation, please also note this in the application and indicate the amount approved by the previous application.

If the scientific commission is unable to fully support the application, but recommends it for co-financing, you will need to submit an application to the Application Review Commission for holding and / or financial support for scientific events of the HSE by November 20.
