The focus of the forthcoming research is the influence of the type of personal data collected by the state and the conditions of their collection on the cognitive and emotional reactions of respondents.

As factors influencing the reactions, both socio-demographic characteristics of respondents, as well as their level of trust in political institutions, involvement in politics, propensity to conspiracy thinking and others are taken into account.
