The report will present the structure, features and factors of proactive coping behavior at different age stages (in primary school, adolescence, adolescence and adulthood). The features and predictors of proactive coping will be shown as behavior aimed at overcoming future stressors for the purpose of self-development in primary schoolchildren, adolescents, young men and young adults. The mechanisms of formation, system-forming factors and conditions of proactive coping behavior in the indicated age periods are discussed. The role of demographic characteristics (gender, age), personal properties (reflexivity, self-efficacy, self-attitude, responsibility, positive attitude towards the future, etc.) and external conditions (situations of uncertainty, social conditions) in the development of proactive coping is reflected.

The features of proactive coping behavior of adults with a helping professional orientation (doctors, psychologists, speech pathologists, speech therapists) are presented. The issue of the role of mixed reality (cyber, digital, social) in the development and formation of proactive coping behavior of a person is discussed, which is formed with an increase in proactive abilities (competencies) in accordance with the development of the psyche and the system-forming factor at each age stage.
