Natalia Kotrikova at the Ernst & Young master class on a leadership development

On April 25, in the Moscow office of Ernst & Young, a master class was held by Hande Yasargil, Director of Leadership Development Practice at the International Institute of Directors INSEAD. The master class was organized by the Association “Women on Boards”, that collaborates with our research group. Natalia Kotrikova, a member of the study group, shares her impressions of the event.


This master class was dedicated to creating a successful career on the boards of directors. The composition of the board of directors and ways to overcome them.

The event was also addressed by the leaders of the Women on Boards community: Elena Rechkalova and Ekaterina Kravtsova, after a panel discussion on the prospects for applying the principles of diversity in Russian research management practice. During the discussion, it was possible to hear an expert opinion on such prominent speakers as Alyona Geidt, Anna Zelentsova, Svetlana Balanova, Tatyana Vasilyeva, Alexey Sokolov.

The partners of the event were: the INTERNATIONAL TRAINING ACADEMY, REALIST, NBJ and the Higher School of Economics.
