Internship in HSE departments

• 1. Choose a HSE department based on your research interests

  The internship supervisor from the HSE will help you decide on the choice of the department.

  Below is a list of departments that regularly accept students for practical training, but you can contact any department.

• 2. Contact the chosen HSE department

  Write an email with a request to consider the possibility of organizing your practical training to the department where you would like to do an internship / complete a project. Attach your resume and a motivation letter to the email, in which you explain the reason why you want to undergo practical training in this particular HSE department.

• 3. Wait for a response from the HSE department

  If there has been no response from the HSE department within a few days (weeks), you can call (come) to the department and clarify whether the employees of the department have received your letter, as well as a response to your request.

  In case of refusal, you can contact another HSE department (repeat p.1 – p. 3).

• 4. Prepare the task for the implementation of the internship / project

  The task for the implementation of the internship project must be signed by the internship supervisor from the HSE.
   

• 5. Undergo practical training and prepare accounting documents

  Complete the agreed task within the deadlines set in the task.

  After completing the practical training, prepare a report, receive an evaluation sheet from the HSE department and hand over all the reporting documents to the head of the internship supervisor from the HSE.
