Research on Humor in Political Communication

Humor is a widespread form of political communication in democratic countries. Cartoons and television talk shows, websites and clips in social networks in ironic form tell about politicians and political events of domestic and international politics.
Recently, the journal "Social Psychology and Society" published a review article by laboratory staff on the psychology of political humor. It examines the mechanisms, factors, and consequences of humorous discussion of political events.
