Mikhail Poverin, State Advisor of the Russian Federation of the second grade, an inspector of the Accounts Chamber of the Russian Federation, made a report on the topic: “Risk audit in analysing the impact of state information systems on the achievement of strategic goals in the field of environmental safety and environmental protection”.
