Elena Iarskaia-Smirnova made proposals on the need to take into account the special situations of families with children, which are currently overlooked in the Strategy of State Demographic and Family Policy. In her speech, Elena Rostislavovna Iarskaia-Smirnova discussed, firstly, the routing of comprehensive assistance to families with children with severe and multiple developmental disabilities from the stage of diagnosis to the competently organized separation of growing children, their independent living and employment with expanded support opportunities, secondly, about technologization of work with cases in families with children whose difficult life situation is burdened with complex forms of addiction, thirdly, on solving the problem of adaptation of migrant children in connection with the entry into force of amendments to the Law on Education on non-admission to educational institutions of children who are not who speak Russian. The speech was commented on by L.S. Gumerova and the head of the analytical department of the apparatus of the State Duma of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation A.E. Petrov, who noted the need for targeted elaboration of the above tasks.
