Olga Yurkova, head of the center for social and charitable programs at PJSC MTS, presented interest in developing inclusion from the point of view of large socially responsible businesses. In her speech, using a number of examples, she emphasized the need to integrate people with diverse experience into work on any corporate projects. This approach makes the final product more suitable for customers with similar experiences, which has a positive impact on the company's economic performance and at the same time leads to positive social changes. In a series of questions after the lecture, the audience expressed interest in the speaker’s attitude to modern global trends in the field of inclusion, as well as in the specifics of working with specific socially vulnerable groups.
