March 26-29, 2015, The Asian Conference on Psychology and Behavioral Sciences was held in Osaka, Japan, in which members of NUG business psychology took part.
March 26-29, 2015 The Asian Conference on Psychology and Behavioral Sciences, organized by the international organization IAFOR (The International Academic Forum) was held in the city of Osaka, Japan. The conference was attended by representatives of several leading universities: Alfred University, USA; University of Barselona, Spain; Birkbeck College, University of London, UK; Glasgow University, UK; The National University of Tainan, Taiwan and others. The conference presented a platform for communication psychologists and representatives of other sciences of human behavior.
Members of NUG Business Psychology - Natalia Antonova and Olga Patosha - took part in conference both as speakers and as co-chairs of the section "Industrial Organization & Organizational Theory". Natalia Antonov made a report "Internal Image of Organization and Commitment of Emloyees", Olga Patosha made a presentation "Mood and the Decision to Purchase High-Tech Products". The reports reviewed the results of empirical studies carried out on the actual problems of organizational and consumer behavior, characteristic of Russian reality. The results have caused concern and a lively discussion.
