Transforming lifestyles: Food choices, changing behaviours, and spillover effects

Dr Verfuerth’s presentation included results of a behaviour change intervention on meat reduction at a company canteen. As part of her research, Dr Verfuerth conducted semi-structured interviews with intervention participants – the company employees. At the seminar she discussed different spillover effects, their mechanisms and factors that influence behaviour spillover. During discussions with seminar participants, theoretical and practical implications of the research were considered.
