We invite you to a joint meeting of the Political Science Departmental Seminar and the Research Seminar of the HSE Institute for Industrial and Market Studies.

The Seminar will take place on Friday, September 28 at 3:00 p.m., Krivokolenny 3, Room 209.

Guest speaker — Joachim Zweynert, Professor of International Political Economy and Co-ordinator of PPE Master Programme at Witten/Herdecke University, Germany.

 

He will present his new book: ‘When Ideas Fail: Economic Thought, the Failure of Transition and the Rise of Institutional Instability in Post-Soviet Russia’ (Routledge, 2018).
