Climate anxiety, wellbeing and pro-environmental action: correlates of emotional engagement with climate change in a cross-cultural context
At the seminar of Environmental Psychology Research and Study Group held on Dec. 2, 2021, Dr Charles Ogunbode, Assistant Professor at the University of Nottingham, presented his research: Climate anxiety, wellbeing and pro-environmental action: correlates of emotional engagement with climate change in a cross-cultural context.
Dr Ogunbode shared the results of a cross-cultural study that measured climate change anxiety, wellbeing and pro-environmental behaviour in 28 countries. Predictors of climate change anxiety and its relationship with mental health and environmental action were discussed.
The seminar was attended by Russian and international researchers, who could ask their questions following the presentation.
