The concept of personality development, which has become applied in business, coaching, non-profit and educational organizations, requires further clarification and measurement. The Personality Development Lab project is aimed at the theoretical and applied elaboration of the evidence-based approach in the field of personality development psychology. The applied significance of the project lies in its focus on the designing of practical tools for personality development, the popularization of scientific ideas about the preconditions of personality development, and the promoting dialogue between academics and practitioners.
