European Summer School "Exploring Entrepreneurship"

Addressing Global Challenges through Entrepreneurship

 





The summer school is focused on students (mostly BA, MA) coming from different areas, but interested in entrepreneurship research as a growing multidisciplinary field within the academia.

The Summer School is conducted jointly by leading entrepreneurship researchers from:

-     Twente university, NL

-     Higher School of Economics, RU

-     Groningen university, NL

·        Except lectures and master-classes, students are expected to participate in pre-school preparation (introductory reading + poster preparation) and in a cross-national teamwork during the summer school week to prepare a group presentation on any of the topics formulated in the preliminary program of the Summer school.

·        The deadline for HSE applications is  30th April, 2019.

 

·        Students from non-partner universities are advised to apply on https://www.rug.nl/education/summer-winter-schools/summer_schools_2019/entrepreneurship/application-form

 

·        Applications to EESS will be assessed on the basis of the information provided on this form. If the information provided is insufficient, we may have to contact you for further information, and a decision on your application may be delayed.

 

·        The EESS is taught in English. Applicants are expected to be proficient in the use of English. Applicants whose first language is not English must provide details of their proficiency in the English language.

 

·        The course fee for the Summer School for adopted HSE participants will be € 250. This will cover tuition, materials, reception and celebration dinners, and some lunches. The application fee for up to 5 best students from HSE will be covered by the university itself.

 

·        The course fee for the Summer School participants from third universities (not being members of the consortium of organizers) will be € 500. This will cover tuition, materials, reception and celebration dinners, and lunches. The travel and accommodation costs, as well as visa fee (if needed) should be covered by themselves. The fee must be paid, once the applicant has been accepted into the programme.
