The ILSIR, HSE invites everyone to the XIII International Film Festival "Cinema Without Barriers," which will be held in Moscow from November 7 to 10, 2025!

This large-scale event, organized by the Perspektiva Russian Disability Organization   with the support of the Ministry of Culture, explores the lives of people with disabilities through film, dismantling stereotypes and showcasing the diversity of human experience.

🌏 The program features over 90 films from 27 countries, including acclaimed works from Cannes, Sundance, and other prestigious festivals. In addition to feature films and documentaries, there will be animation and short films, and a special program for children
. Participants can also look forward to discussions, master classes, and meetings with filmmakers and industry experts. The open atmosphere and free admission with registration are a great opportunity to learn new things and be inspired!

🎥 Premiere screenings for fans of meaningful films will take place at the Formula Kino TsDM cinema at the following address:   Teatralny Proezd, 5/1, Central Children's Store, 6th floor  .

The closing ceremony will take place at the Cinema  Park Mosfilm  cinema at Mosfilmovskaya 1, building 44.
