The application deadline for the Third International Conference "Exploring the Deaf Community" has been extended. Submit your application before May 28!

There are 12 days left until the deadline for applications for the Third International Conference "Exploring the Deaf Community". The conference will be held on October 17-19 at GES-2 with the possibility of online participation in individual sections. We invite researchers of the deaf community and sign language, as well as specialists in the theory and practice of social integration in Russia and abroad: scientists, practitioners, students, postgraduates, representatives of NGOs and businesses.

The conference was organized by the GES-2 House of Culture and the International Laboratory for Social Integration Studies at the National Research University Higher School of Economics. Last year, experts from more than 15 countries participated in the annual forum dedicated to the social, cultural and linguistic foundations of the functioning of the deaf community in the country and the world.

The new deadline for submitting papers is May 28, 2025.
