A team member of Neuropsy Lab is a winner of science essay competition NEISSER

A member of our research team, Maria Fedotova, became a winner of the NEISSER competition of scientific essays TCTS-2020 with a topic “Can children learn from a humanoid robot, and what does this say about the evolution of learning?”

As the committee notes, “The essay of the winner stood out by including both a thoughtful description of the research method and questions to authors of experiment and future researchers in the field”. Maria conducts research in our laboratory under the supervision of Alexey Kotov, devoted to causal learning in preschool children.
