The School promotes cutting-edge research, multidisciplinary studies, education in English. We are increasing the number of courses in English all the time and have started two English-speaking Master’s Programs. Our researchers have access to Eye trackers, TMS, multi-channel EEG, MEG and fMRI techniques.
The School also aims to train psychologists, who can apply their knowledge in the fields of economics, banking, human resources management, organizational development, ecopsychology and team-building.
Personal authenticity as a predictor of romantic relationships’ quality

The main topic of the seminar is the role of personal authenticity components in such characteristics of the quality of romantic relationships as satisfaction with the partnership, attachment of partners, feelings of love, and authenticity of the relationship itself. Romantic relationships are one of the most significant areas of life in adulthood: on the one hand, they can have a positive impact on the development and functioning of the individual, and on the other hand, "poor-quality" forms of romantic relationships can be a source of painful experiences and deterioration of psychological and physiological well-being.
The seminar will present a theoretical conceptualization of the concept of "quality romantic relationships," as well as the results of an empirical study based on moderation and mediation analysis. It is expected that the relationship between personality authenticity and quality romantic relationships will be positively mediated by self-esteem, and will also form different patterns in men and women.
The seminar will be held on on April 9 (Thursday) at 11:00 Moscow time in a mixed format.
