The main topic of the seminar is the role of environmental factors in the psychological well-being of university employees. The results of a theoretical review and an empirical study program in a cross-cultural project involving 10 countries on a sample of 200-250 respondents in each participating country will be presented on the seminar. The results of the review show that the university environment as a physical space represents physical, social, subjective, symbolic and spatiotemporal living conditions that can affect the effectiveness of employees and act as a resource for psychological health and well-being. In addition to the physical characteristics of the university environment, we plan to study the environment in a broader context through the determination of perceived indicators of the quality of the remote workplace environment, parameters of the working environment and workload, authenticity, professional enthusiasm and vocation of employees. The seminar will present a program of empirical research, within the framework of which it is planned to build prognostic models describing the impact of the university environment in its narrow and broad sense on the psychological burnout and well-being of university staff, the implementation of the primary psychometric verification of a number of questionnaires used in the study, as well as the creation of an author's questionnaire on the study of the physical parameters of the university environment. This study makes an important contribution to the study of the topic of healthy built environments, which is one of the main ones in the NUL of the Psychology of the Salutogenic Environment.
