Public Policy Department together with UniBo and International Institute of Human Rights organized the 4th Spring School in Strasbourg

From 30 March to 2 April 2015, the International Institute of Human Rights organized in partnership with the Faculty of Political Sciences of Bologna (Italy) and the HSE Public Policy Department (Russia) a 4th Spring School on “Family Law in the European Legal Framework"

The session took place at the European Youth Center from the Council of Europe in Strasbourg. 

The core lectures covered several topics:

  • The European Human Rights Protection System – Prof. Pietro Pustorino, University of Siena,
  • Sam-sex Marriage and the European Convention of Human Rights - Prof. Marco Balboni, University of Bologna,
  • Family Policy and LGBT Rights in RF: New National Legislation in the Context of European Convention -  Dmitry Zaytsev, HSE Public Policy Department
  • European Convention of Human Rights: Element of Constitutional Order in Europe -  Michel de Salvia, International Institute of Human Rights

Participants from Italy, Greece, Haiti, Bulgaria, Uzbekistan, Indonesia, Mexico, Austria, France passed the final exam and got Certificates.
