About Laboratory

Neuropsy Lab explores both the neurobiological (neuro) and behavioral (psy) foundations of children's cognitive development. Our team includes researchers from various fields of science such as psychology, medicine, linguistics, biology, physics, mathematics and pedagogy, which allows us to conduct interesting interdisciplinary research. Despite our different backgrounds, we all share common scientific interests and work towards a common goal of finding answers to questions about children's cognitive development. на вопросы о когнитивном развитии детей.

In addition to the theoretical contribution, one of the important goals of our research is to obtain new knowledge that will find practical application in the field of education. This combination of educational technologies, psychology and neuroscience, gave rise to the development of a new field of research called educational neuroscience.

Neuropsy Lab studies fundamental aspects of cognitive development such as voluntary attention and mathematical cognition. Our research uses a wide range of the latest methods and tools: (oculography) — Our research is carried out with the support of Russian partners, employees of Moscow schools and other educational institutions.
