Winter School of the Faculty of Social Sciences

The Faculty of Social Sciences holds a February Winter School for prospective students who wish to apply for HSE Master's programmes in the next academic year.

The February Winter School will be held from January 31 to February 3, 2016, at the HSE Learning Centre "Voronovo". In the idyllic and quiet environment of winter, the prospective students shall be introduced to the International level Master's programmes that have been successfully taught for years in HSE.

The school programme includes the presentation of Master programmes in the areas of "Sociology", "Political science", "Public Administration", "Psychology" and "Public Policy", lectures by leading specialists of the faculty and live communication with them. Participants will be acquainted with the rules of admission to the programmes and the university entrance requirements.

The school will be of interest to final year students of undergraduate programmes, as well as recent graduates. HSE pays for educational and cultural programme, accommodation and meals. The costs associated with payment of transportation  from Moscow to the location of the winter school and back will to be covered by participants.
